Trunks

Chiang Mai is famous for elephant camps that give the elephants jobs to do, and keep them healthy and strong. Elephants, the largest land animal, are so wonderfully lovable, creative, and just so much fun to watch and be close to! This was Jeremiah's first time meeting an elephant.
Jeremiah was to feed the elephant a piece of sugar cane, but he seemed more interested in it himself. "Well, hello Mr. Elephant. Umm . . . what's this?" That's the elephant's trunk :)
"It tickles!" :)
A family elephant ride! After a few minutes, Jeremiah fell asleep. The rocking ride was perfect for a nap . . . so we all sat back and enjoyed our time one the elephant.
