Hong Kong

We had a wonderful four-day Dragon Boat long weekend at the end of May. While the dragon boats were racing on the river outside of our apartment, we took off for a little getaway weekend to Hong Kong. It was nice to have just a 1.5 hour flight to a new land and new little discoveries. Hong Kong has been a special place for Daniel and I individually, so it was fun to experience this part of Asia together.

We joined the other airport travellers with masked precautions.

We so enjoyed dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. a top Victoria Peak. We had one of the best city views I've had while dining.
Our quaint little "Truly Hong Kong Sized" hotel room. But with frosted windows!!! Where was our city view?

Do you really love grammar? A reminder of work on vacation :)

Batman busted his sunglasses. Batman found new sunglasses in Hong Kong.
We met our dear friend/co-worker, Winnie, at the HK Airport on our way back to Taipei. So thankful for a wonderful and refreshing weekend away!
