Jeremiah got to meet his great grandmother on the weekend over Skype. Daniel's parents were visiting his mom's mother in California and Daniel's dad brought his iPad along to make this possible. Jeremiah seemed to reach out to his great grandmama right away. He even offered her a piece of his rice cracker. :) It was such a special family moment for all of us. Great grandmama's love, warmth, heart of joy and encouragement came through that computer screen and right into our hearts. What a blessing to see my mother-in-law together with her mother - that's something I've never seen before. We were so thankful and continue to marvel at how family connections come even being an ocean away! This was such a sweet way to begin Jeremiah's birthday celebration!
